Scope

With this privacy statement the users are informed about the way, extent and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the responsible provider. The legal frame for data protection is formed by the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG).

Collecting general information

Every time you access this website we, i.e. our web space provider, automatically collect information. This information, also called server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions on you as a person. Among others, the following data are collected: Name of the  website, file, date, data quantity, web browser and web browser version, operating system, domain name of your internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from where you have accessed our site) and the IP address. Without these data it would be technically impossible to deliver and represent the contents of the website. Therefore the collection of these data is mandatory. In addition, we use the anonymous information for statistic purposes. The data also help us optimize our offers and improve the technical status. We reserve the right to check the log files in case of suspected illegal usage of our offered website.

In order to ensure that our privacy statement always corresponds to the current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes any time. This also applies in the event that the privacy statement has to be adjusted to new or revised services. The new privacy statement then comes into effect on your next visit to our offered website.
